The indicated prices of the Guest Houses Kisberény are valid until 31st December 2024. The prices cover the costs of the maintenance and operation of the real estate. We do not apply any saison prices, because the possible increase in demand does not influnce the maintenance costs of the real estate.

Services included in price:

• usage of the backyard.
  
• usage of baby highchair when needed
• storage for bikes, in the garage
• usage of the terrace, garden furniture and parasols
• usage of TV (basic channels) and the Hifi in the living-room- usage of bathroom equipment, towels
• free WIFI (password at the takeover of the keys)
• usage of kitchen utensils and eco cleaning products (https://cleaneco.hu/)
• bed, bedclothes, bed linen per person; in case of a stay longer than 7 days, turndown service on the 8th day
• except heating costs
• public utility charges, electricity, water, and other overheads,
• Services included in the price:
• Parents do not have to pay accommodation fees for our guests aged 0-3.99!

Extra services to pay (not included in price):

• washing, ironing: 5,- EUR/occasion
• finnish sauna 6.50,- EUR/hour (for 4 pers., only in to Sun hause)
• bike rental: 10,- EUR/occasion (1 bike for women and 2 bikes for men are available)
• garage rent: 9,- EUR/night
• barbecue, kettle, electronic grill, grill plate: 5,- EUR/usage
• 5 kg charcoal: 5,- EUR
• firewood for the fireplace or campfire: 5,- EUR/basket
• in heating is reasonable, temperature of the rooms is max. 18 °C, if small children are present 22 °C, heating price: 8,- EUR/day.
• beachtowel, shower towel: 3,- EUR/use
• extraordinary turndown service: 10,- EUR/occasion
• extraordinary cleaning: 13,- EUR/occasion (1 hour).
